The 11th EURODYN 2020 Conference will be held under the auspices of the European Association for Structural Dynamics (EASD) in Athens, Greece, from Monday 22 to Wednesday 24 June 2020.
The Mini-Symposium aims at highlighting/discussing new developments in the area of nonlinear dynamics of continuous and discrete structural systems with emphasis on dynamic buckling. Although the static buckling and post-buckling behavior of structures such as bars, plates and shells have received due attention for many decades and still constitute an important research area in engineering, dynamic buckling has received much less attention. Dynamic buckling may be deleterious or advantageous, depending on the application. In the former case, it may lead to damage or collapse of the structure; in the latter case it may enable a desirable change of the structural form as in deployable and morphing structures and metamaterials.

The abstract should include: title of the paper, authors and affiliation, abstract (200 to 300 words) and keywords (at least three). The deadline for abstract submission to the MS03 is 30 October, 2019.
